Kaba Penta uses dimples rather than edge cuts on a 5-side blank — the key has cut depths on five faces, and the cylinder reads them against five sets of pins. Resistant to bumping and most pick attacks because the dimples don't create the bump-key 'shock' needed to walk the pins to shear line.
